Skupos Partners with Imperial Trading and S. Abraham & Sons To Enhance C-Store Offerings

San Francisco, CA, January 17, 2019 — Today, Skupos, Inc., the leading scan data technology platform for convenience retail, announced it has partnered with Imperial Trading and S. Abraham & Sons. This partnership creates another competitive benefit offered by Imperial Trading and S. Abraham & Sons for their customer base to take advantage of scan data incentives and multi-pack discount programs through the Skupos software.

Imperial and S. Abraham & Sons distributors were both founded by immigrant families over 90 years ago. The two companies merged in July of this year to become the fifth largest convenience store distributor in the United States serving over 5,000 retail locations. Their service area expands from the United States and Canada border all the way to the Gulf of Mexico.

Skupos Scan Data Reporting allows Imperial and S. Abraham & Sons customers to receive incentives from major tobacco companies, as well as offer tobacco products at much cheaper prices with multi-pack discounts. In return, Imperial and S.
